Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

A signed Data Processing Agreement is available to customers that process personal data on medjed.ai infrastructure. Request it by writing to support@medjed.ai; it is issued together with your service agreement.

What the DPA covers

The agreement sets out the roles of the customer as controller and medjed.ai as processor, the categories of personal data and processing activities, technical and organizational security measures, subprocessors, assistance with data subject requests, personal data breach notification, deletion or return of data on termination, and the governing law agreed between the two parties.

Scope

The customer determines what data is placed on its GPU instances and how it is processed. medjed.ai acts on documented instructions and does not use customer data for its own purposes. The signed agreement is the authoritative document; this page is only a summary.
