Privacy Policy

This page covers the medjed.ai marketing website and the cloud console. The full Privacy Policy that applies to your account is supplied with your service agreement.

What we collect

• Information you send us: name, email address, company and the content of your message when you contact sales, support or careers.
• Account details: the identifiers required to create and authenticate a console account.
• Site usage: aggregate traffic measured by Google Analytics, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) needed to operate and secure the site.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, provide and secure the services you request, meet accounting and legal obligations, and understand how the site is used. We keep personal information only as long as needed for those purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask how it is processed, by writing to support@medjed.ai. Requests about data held inside a customer’s own GPU instances should be directed to that customer, who acts as the controller.

Children

The services are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
